This hotel is a luxurious oasis in the heart of the city. the exclusive amenities were top-notch, including private facilities and the most comfortable linens. But what truly stood out was the exceptional service; the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, meeting all my needs promptly and graciously. the location advantages were unbeatable, with easy access to all the city has to offer.
The only minor issue I encountered was the lack of an oven or microwave in the room. this was more than made up for by the hotel's focus on attention to detail, including the provision of Kleenex in the bathroom.
